Summer Pops

I'm in Florida visiting family and the Summer heat is blazing down hard AF. Although rare, there are some hot days that an ice cold Rosé just can't fix. That's when these super easy, refreshing summer ice pops come into play!


Using only 4 ingredients (that all just happen to be fresh, seasonal produce) and a blender, these naturally sweet treats are all you'll need to enjoy the final weeks of Summer. Also, I know I said there are some days that ice cold Rosé can't fix, but don't be afraid to plop one of these bad boys into a glass and drink up. 


Watermelon is my favorite Summer fruit and Basil is my second favorite herb (right after my bb Thyme), so these pops bring me all the happy feels- even when I'm covered in sweat.

Summer Pops  

Prep Time: 5 mins    Freeze Time: 4 hrs    Total Time: 4 hrs 5 mins


·      2 cups seedless watermelon

·      juice of 1 medium lemon

·      10 strawberries

·      5 basil leaves


1.    Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and well incorporated.

2.    Pour blended mixture into popsicle molds, add popsicle sticks, and freeze for 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
